Swarnavastra provides access to curated ethnic and contemporary clothing and fashion products available for purchase at prices displayed on the Site.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY SWARNAVASTRA
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Quality concerns
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
CANCELLATION BY USER
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. Swarnavastra’s decision regarding cancellations shall be final.
FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to monitor and terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activities and to take legal action as per applicable laws.
PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD DETAILS
You agree that all payment details provided are accurate and lawfully owned by you. Swarnavastra shall not be liable for any credit card fraud; liability rests solely with the User.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Any warranties provided are solely by the manufacturer or supplier.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Swarnavastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available up to â‚ą10,000, limited to selected pin codes in India. No refunds are applicable for COD orders once placed.
TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT
All trademarks, logos, content, designs, and intellectual property displayed on the Site are the exclusive property of Swarnavastra or respective owners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
