When will I receive my refund?

Once a return request is placed with Swarnavastra Customer Support:

  • Pickup: Usually completed within 2 business days
  • Refund initiation: Within 24 hours after successful pickup and quality check
  • Refund credit: Takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after refund initiation

The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing timelines.

Important Note:
Orders will not be accepted for return if the packaging is torn, damaged, or in poor condition at the time of pickup.


What is the refund timeframe?

  • 2 business days for product pickup after return request
  • 24 hours to initiate refund post pickup & quality check
  • 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Can I change the mode of payment for my refund?

No. Refunds are processed only to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase. This cannot be changed.


What is the duration within which returns are accepted?

Returns are accepted as per the return window mentioned on the product page, subject to successful quality check.

What is the refund method for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will be required to share valid bank account details for refund processing.


What if my order is lost or undelivered?

If your order is lost or not delivered to your preferred location, Swarnavastra will refund the complete order amount, including shipping charges (if paid online).


Will shipping or COD charges be refunded if I return my order?

No. Shipping charges and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been delivered.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellation requests can be made:

  • Within 6 hours of placing the order
  • By emailing us at care@swarnavastra.com
  • Available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM

Please note:
Some orders are shipped immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation.

If cancelled successfully, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.


How long do Debit Card and Credit Card refunds take?

Refund timelines for debit and credit cards depend on the issuing bank.

  • Banks usually send an SMS alert for refunds above ₹5,000
  • For refunds below ₹5,000, please check your bank account or card statement

What amount will be refunded?

In case of refunds:

  • Only the product price will be refunded
  • Delivery, handling, and COD charges are non-refundable
