RETURN POLICY

At Swarnavastra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the finest quality products every time you shop with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from www.swarnavastra.com
  • Any return request for products purchased from third-party online platforms or offline retailers will not be accepted

Return Window

Swarnavastra offers a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 7 days of receiving the product, for any valid reason.


Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges on regular products.
  • Exception: Selected Swarnavastra Art Products are eligible for easy 7-day exchange.
    • These items can only be exchanged for the same product in a different size, subject to availability
    • Art Products are not eligible for return or refund

Guidelines for a Valid Return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be unwashed and undamaged
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Important Note on Missing / Incorrect Items

For issues related to missing items or incorrect products received, customers must:

  • Share a clear unboxing video as evidence
  • Raise the issue within 24 working hours of delivery

Claims without unboxing video proof may not be entertained.


Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse:

  • A quality check will be conducted
  • You will receive a confirmation email after successful inspection
  • If the product fails quality check, it will be shipped back to you

Free Returns

Returns are processed free of cost only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Wrong size delivered (different from ordered size)
  • Damaged or defective product received

Multiple Package Orders

If your order was delivered in multiple packages from different warehouses, return requests must be raised separately for each package.


How to Return a Product

Option 1: Website Return Request

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select the item and click on “Return”
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Keep the product ready for pickup

We offer pickup from the same address used while placing the order.


Option 2: Email Support

You can also raise a return request by emailing us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Product SKU

This helps us process your request faster and accurately.


Pickup Process

  • Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep
  • You will receive an SMS notification on the day of pickup
  • We make up to 3 pickup attempts
  • If pickup fails after 3 attempts, the return request will be marked as failed


Important Notes

  1. Swarnavastra will not be responsible if an incorrect product is handed over to the pickup executive.
  2. If reverse pickup is not serviceable for your pin code, you may self-ship the product.
    • Shipping cost reimbursement up to ₹100 will be provided upon approval.
