What is the shipping policy within India?
Swarnavastra offers pan-India shipping with the following charges:
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹69 per order
We partner with reliable and fully insured courier companies such as Delhivery and Ecom Express to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
For COD orders, the courier partner may contact you via call or SMS prior to delivery.
Can I reschedule the delivery date?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may:
- Contact the courier partner directly to arrange re-delivery, or
- Collect the parcel from the courier partner’s local office, subject to their policy
Swarnavastra shall not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Unforeseen courier delays
- Incorrect address details
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
What is the shipping turnaround time?
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours from order confirmation
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the delivery location
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen logistical issues.
